Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational values, leadership, and motivation in influencing employee performance at PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. The research is grounded in the perspective that organizational effectiveness is shaped by the alignment between internal values, leadership practices, and employee motivational dynamics. A qualitative research approach with a descriptive-analytical design was employed to explore these relationships in depth. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving key informants, including managerial representatives and employees across organizational levels. The data were analyzed using an interactive model encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to ensure analytical rigor and credibility. The findings indicate that organizational values function as a fundamental behavioral framework that guides employees in aligning individual performance with organizational objectives. Leadership plays a strategic role in translating these values into daily practices through communication, role modeling, and decision-making processes. Moreover, motivation emerges as a critical mediating factor that strengthens the influence of both organizational values and leadership on employee performance. Employees who experience supportive leadership, clear organizational values, and motivational reinforcement tend to demonstrate higher work engagement, commitment, and performance quality. The study also reveals that the integration of organizational values, adaptive leadership, and intrinsic motivation creates a synergistic effect that enhances employee productivity and organizational effectiveness. These findings suggest that sustainable organizational performance requires not only structural and procedural alignment but also a human-centered leadership approach that nurtures motivation and shared values. This research contributes theoretically by enriching the discourse on human resource management and practically by providing strategic insights for organizations seeking to enhance employee performance through value-based leadership and motivational development
