Penyuluhan Koperasi Desa Merah Putih dan Penerapan Bisnis Digital pada Koperasi Merah Putih Kelurahan Cipadung, Kecamatan Cibiru Kota Bandung

Abstract

The Merah Putih Cooperative of Cipadung Sub-district, Bandung City, is a newly established cooperative that remains in the early phase of institutional and business development. The cooperative obtained legal entity status on June 16, 2025, has 53 registered members, and has accumulated total member savings of IDR 5,830,000. Currently, the cooperative has not initiated any business activities and primarily focuses on capital formation through member savings. This study reports a community service program aimed at strengthening cooperative capacity through counseling on cooperative governance and the adoption of digital business strategies. The program employed participatory counseling, focused group discussions, and potential mapping of digital-based cooperative business models. The findings indicate improved awareness and understanding among cooperative managers and members regarding strategic business planning, digitalization opportunities, and the role of digital technology in enhancing cooperative sustainability. The program contributes to the early-stage development of cooperatives by providing a structured framework for the gradual implementation of digital business practices, which is expected to improve operational efficiency, expand market access, and enhance member welfare.
